DASH Diet [For] Cholesterol: DASH diet has consistently earned high grades by US News’s annual rankings of diets. The focus of this diet is not lowering cholesterol. But one can reasonably suspect that, as a side benefit, it lowers cholesterol perhaps due to overall integration of lifestyle modifications that includes regular exercise.
Notwithstanding other established benefits (lower blood pressure, weight loss) of this diet, there is not enough actual user experience reports that we are aware of online on this diet being used solely to lower LDL. We would like to be the first to gather real cholestrol benefit information of this diet from those who used the diet for high blood pressure or weight loss.
